The People Operations Coordinator is a site-focused HR role supporting Strive Pharmacy’s Gilbert, AZ location with secondary support for Mesa and the broader network. The position serves as a primary employee contact during weekends and high-volume periods and partners closely with People Business Partners to ensure timely, compliant People Operations. This is a full-time, onsite role on a Saturday–Wednesday schedule.
