About this role
MatX is building hardware to run advanced AI models as efficiently as possible, improving the quality and availability of AI. The People Team Specialist role supports company and employee success within a small People Team, working closely with the People Team Lead and partnering with operations staff supporting engineers. The position is based in Mountain View with a hybrid schedule (onsite Monday–Thursday).
