People Operations Generalist

Opiniion is seeking an experienced People Operations Generalist to serve as the operational backbone of its People team, managing core HR functions including benefits, leave, HRIS administration, performance reviews, employee relations, compliance, payroll, and learning and development. This role involves partnering closely with the People Ops team, acting as a capable second-in-command, and covering core operations during planned leadership absences. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth HR operations, maintain data accuracy, and support company culture and engagement initiatives.
