People Operations Lead

Kernel is seeking an experienced People Operations Lead to own HR and people operations end-to-end for a ~30-person team across multiple locations. This hands-on, individual contributor role involves managing the employee lifecycle, running payroll and benefits, ensuring multi-state compliance, and building scalable HR systems. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in people operations or HR, ideally as an early hire at a high-growth startup, with strong judgment and a builder's mindset.
