About this role

The People Operations Manager will serve as the operational backbone of Cognite's US/AMER People function, handling day‑to‑day delivery of core people operations such as payroll coordination, onboarding and off‑boarding, HRIS data management, benefits administration, and first‑line employee support. The role works closely with senior leadership on compliance matters and ensures HR infrastructure remains accurate, audit‑ready, and efficient in a fast‑moving, high‑growth environment.
