The People Operations Partner supports the full employee lifecycle for domestic and international employees, ensuring accurate HR operations, regulatory compliance, and a positive employee experience. The role partners cross-functionally with Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, Legal, and external vendors to implement scalable people practices and HR programs. This position is based at Concentric’s Corporate Headquarters in Kirkland, WA with onsite, hybrid, or fully remote options for U.S. candidates.
