People Operations Partner

The People Operations Partner, Field supports Blank Street's field organization by driving a high-performing, people-first culture during a period of growth. This highly field-facing role partners with General Managers, Shift Leads, and Operations Managers to strengthen teams, elevate performance, and support the employee experience across multiple markets. The position blends strategic partnership with hands-on execution in employee relations, performance, engagement, staffing, and talent development. Based in-person out of the Brooklyn, NY office, the role requires frequent travel to stores and markets.
