The People Operations Specialist will act as the operational lead for Lighthouse’s Spain team, managing the full employee lifecycle with a primary focus on payroll and benefits administration. Reporting to the People Operations Manager, the role also provides global administrative and reporting support to the People & Talent team and contributes to broader HR initiatives. The position requires working closely with the Barcelona office in a hybrid capacity and ensuring local compliance with Spanish employment regulations.
