People Operations

This role involves end-to-end ownership of all people operations functions, building the structural backbone to enable rapid scaling for a fast-growing company. The position requires managing contracts, onboarding, payroll, compliance, and offboarding while automating workflows and introducing HRIS tools. The ideal candidate will drive cultural initiatives and support international hiring efforts in a hands-on, high-impact environment.
