About this role
Novartis France is hiring a People Partner for its Rueil-Malmaison headquarters to act as a trusted HR advisor and regulatory reference for leaders, managers and employees. The role supports employee lifecycle matters, advises on legal and local HR obligations, and acts as an architect and agent of HR change across the organization. The People Partner autonomously manages a scope, contributes to complex HR projects and supports continuous improvement of HR processes.
