The People Partner Lead is an in-country trusted advisor providing policy expertise and guidance to leaders, managers and associates on People & Organization topics. The role supports delivery of the employee lifecycle, talent and performance programs, and implements P&O change initiatives at the country level. In small countries the lead acts as the single point of contact to align people partner issues and coordinate the country team.
