About this role
The People Practices Business Partner is a senior HR leader who partners with a business unit or integrated workgroup leadership team to drive DPR’s people strategy across both administrative and craft workforces. The role focuses on shaping the employee value proposition, culture, inclusion, and leadership effectiveness while acting as a liaison between business leadership and Centers of Excellence. This position also coaches local PP Advisors and supports workforce strategy, change management, and talent initiatives.
