The People Practices (PP) Business Partner is a senior HR leader who serves as a trusted advisor to a business unit or entity leadership team, responsible for shaping and executing people strategies across the workforce. The role oversees culture, inclusion, employee experience, workforce planning, and leadership/team effectiveness while coaching local PP Advisors. This position partners with Centers of Excellence and People Operations to align HR programs with business objectives and drive data-informed decisions.
