The People Practices (PP) Business Partner is a senior HR leader who partners with an organizational leadership team to shape and deliver people strategies across a business unit or entity. The role focuses on driving the employee value proposition, inclusion and belonging, workforce strategy, and overall employee experiences for both administrative and craft workforces. This position represents People Practices within the business and serves as a trusted advisor and coach to leaders and local PP advisors.
