About this role

This internship role provides direct support to the People Relations team in managing the employee lifecycle and collective labour relations within Roche. Responsibilities include advising on Spanish labour legislation, assisting with documentation for Works Councils and labour inspections, managing disciplinary processes, and preparing reports in English for the global People & Culture team.

Responsibilities

Support resolution of employee queries regarding collective bargaining and employment rights
Prepare documentation and reports for Employee Representatives and labour inspections
Administer disciplinary processes and employment litigation matters ensuring compliance
Draft labour relations reports in English for the global People & Culture team
Assist in collective bargaining processes and organizational restructuring initiatives

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Labour Relations and Human ResourcesMaster's/Postgraduate qualification in Labour Law or Employment LawEligibility to sign an internship agreement in Spain
