People Services & Payroll Administrator

The People Services & Payroll Administrator supports employees across their entire journey with the Council, serving as the first point of contact for queries and ensuring a positive employee experience. This varied role involves providing administrative support across the employee lifecycle, assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes, and maintaining accurate employee records. The position also includes contributing to payroll administration, helping employees with systems and timesheets, and providing guidance on leave, pay, and entitlements.
