Reporting to the Head of Strategy, Analytics & Organizational Health, this role manages systems, data, and communications for performance cycles, surveys, job architecture, and leadership initiatives. The position plays a key role in maintaining people-related documentation and tools while ensuring people programs run smoothly in a distributed, remote-first environment. It is embedded in a mission-driven consultancy focused on improving government services.
