About this role

The People Systems & Analytics Manager serves as the connective tissue for the People & Culture team's data and technology, partnering with all functions to transform HR data into evidence-based organizational health narratives. This role involves managing and modernizing the HR tech stack, including HRIS, dashboards, and compliance reporting, while ensuring data is stored and accessed in full compliance with local and federal laws. The position requires turning data into compelling stories for leadership and stakeholders while leading technical program management and system implementations.
