People Systems Specialist (FTC)

About this role
The People Systems Specialist will maintain and improve the HRIS and ATS landscape (Bob and Greenhouse), ensuring systems operate smoothly and support an excellent employee experience. The role reports to the People Tech Lead and partners with People Operations, Centres of Expertise and wider stakeholders to coordinate updates, testing and adoption. This is a 10-month fixed-term contract focused on system stability, continuous improvement and cross-functional delivery.
