People Systems Technical Liaison

This role serves as the primary technical liaison between People Operations and IT/Corporate for all HRIS and HCM matters, managing vendor relationships and leading RFP processes for the People Systems portfolio. The position requires strong technical fluency to evaluate proposals, troubleshoot issues, and partner with stakeholders on system design, workflow enhancements, and AI enablement. The role involves overseeing change management, documenting processes, and ensuring the scalability of People Systems to support organizational growth.
