The People Team Specialist provides operational, administrative, and program support across employee engagement, talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities within the New York office. This role serves as a key operational resource by coordinating activities, managing communications, supporting recruiting and onboarding processes, and facilitating day-to-day People Team operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities while delivering a high level of service to employees, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
