Per Diem Medical Scribe

This role involves performing clerical and information technology functions for a physician in a clinic or hospital setting, with a primary focus on accurately transcribing patient documentation into the electronic medical record system. The position requires accompanying the physician to patient examination rooms to document encounters and ensuring all charting, including diagnoses and treatment plans, is clinically supported and timely. Key duties include reviewing primary diagnoses with the provider, entering proposed orders with accurate diagnosis codes, and facilitating the acquisition of test results prior to patient encounters.
