Per Diem Nurse Practitioner

Shriners Children’s is seeking a per diem Nurse Practitioner to join the Pre-Admission Testing team in Philadelphia, providing safe, high-quality care to complex pediatric orthopedic patients during the pre-admission phase of the peri-operative experience. The role involves performing comprehensive pre-operative history and physical examinations, coordinating patient preparation for surgery, and supporting peri-operative risk assessment and planning under physician and anesthesia supervision. The ideal candidate will have extensive pediatric clinical experience, preferably in critical care settings, and will thrive in a collaborative, physician-led environment focused on high-acuity pediatric care.
