Per Diem Peer Specialist

Liberty Resources is seeking Per Diem Peer Specialists to work in its Onondaga Crisis Residence Program, providing peer support, health and wellness coaching, crisis intervention, and recovery‑oriented services to adults experiencing mental health crises. The role involves direct assistance with daily living activities, safety planning, case management, and coordination with health homes, hospitals, and treatment providers to support guests' stabilization and community reintegration.
