Per Diem Physical Therapist

The Hospital of Central Connecticut is seeking a Per Diem Physical Therapist to support its orthopedic rehabilitation program in partnership with the Connecticut Orthopedic Institute (COI). The role involves evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing evidence-based interventions to promote mobility, safety, functional recovery, and discharge readiness. The Physical Therapist will also assist with acute care coverage as needed and may provide cross-coverage at MidState Medical Center's COI program.
