Per Diem Social Worker (MSW)

Atlantic Health System is seeking a per diem Social Worker for Case Management at Newton Medical Center to provide discharge planning and therapeutic counseling within an acute care hospital setting. The role involves working 8 AM to 4:30 PM, including one weekend every four weeks, with a required commitment of 2–3 days per week during the initial onboarding period. Candidates must hold an MSW and an active LSW license from New Jersey, along with at least one year of experience in a medical setting or a relevant externship.
