CSPNJ is seeking a Per Diem Wellness Associate for the second shift to provide supportive services to guests in crisis, helping them develop coping skills and work towards their full potential. The role involves collaborating with guests to create Wellness Plans and connecting them with community resources as an alternative to hospitalization. This position offers an opportunity to support individuals in an open-door respite setting.
CSPNJ is a peer-led not-for-profit organization, providing flexible, community-based services. CSPNJ promotes wellness and recovery through the provision of community wellness centers, supportive housing, and crisis respite centers for people with the lived experience of behavioral health conditions and substance use.
