Perception & Guidance Engineer - UAS

Systems Technology, Inc. is seeking a Perception & Guidance Engineer to develop vision-based targeting and terminal guidance algorithms for next-generation counter-UAS and interceptor platforms. The role involves owning the pipeline from raw camera frames to steering commands, including writing detection and tracking algorithms, building state estimation, and translating that into guidance laws. This position requires close collaboration with embedded and systems engineering teams to deploy algorithms from bench to flight.
