Perennial Department Manager

Suncrest is seeking a knowledgeable individual to manage the Perennial Department, overseeing purchasing, vendor relationships, marketing, and providing expert customer service. The role involves the care and selection of over 300 perennial cultivars, assisting customers with landscape plant choices, and leading the department staff. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the garden center, greenhouse, and nursery industries, with strong knowledge of perennial, tree, and shrub care.
