Perfect Binder Assistant Operator (Cover Feeder)

Mittera Wisconsin is seeking a Perfect Binder Assistant Operator to support the finishing operation on 2nd shift by supplying and loading covers, verifying material accuracy, and monitoring inventory to prevent downtime. This role involves working closely with the Binder Operator to assist with machine setups, changeovers, quality checks, and day-to-day production flow. The ideal candidate will enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced environment and take pride in being a critical part of a high-performing finishing team.
