Performance Creative Strategist

The Performance Creative Strategist will lead the ideation, scripting, planning, and execution of high-converting Meta VSLs, UGC ads, and direct response creatives for KittySpout/DoggySpout, managing the full creative process to drive measurable improvements in advertising performance. The role requires deep DTC experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to produce high-volume, high-quality ad briefs while collaborating closely with the founders and marketing team.
