Performance Expert (R2PC) - Fort Belvoir, VA

A Performance Expert at KBR supports the Resilience Training/Ready and Resilient Performance Center Program to strengthen the physical and psychological health, resilience, and performance of Soldiers, Unit Leaders, Families, and Department of the Army Civilians at Army installations. The role focuses on optimizing mental and physical health across service members, DoD personnel, allied cadets, and civilians through education and program support. The position is site-based at Fort Belvoir, VA and works as part of a multidisciplinary team to sustain Army training and education programs.
