The Performance Expert at KBR supports the physical and psychological health, resilience, and performance of Soldiers, unit leaders, families, and Department of the Army civilians at Army installations. The role is part of the Resilience Training/Ready and Resilient Performance Center Program and focuses on optimizing mental and physical health and sustaining Army training and education programs across installations. The position works with military, DoD personnel, allied cadets, and civilian personnel to promote readiness and resilience.
