Performance Improvement Coach UVACH

The Performance Improvement Coach leads performance improvement projects and coaches leaders and team members throughout UVA Community Health on the Lean Management System. This role involves facilitating continuous quality improvement initiatives, delivering training on quality tools and data analysis, and partnering with stakeholders to enhance patient safety, clinical quality, and operational efficiency. The position requires strong project management and analytical skills to drive organizational transformation and sustain performance improvements.
