Performance Improvement Coach UVACH

The Performance Improvement Coach leads performance improvement projects and coaches leaders and team members throughout UVA Community Health on the Lean Management System. This role facilitates continuous quality improvement initiatives using tools from Lean, Six Sigma, and Change Management to enhance patient safety, clinical quality, and operational efficiency. The position involves collaborating with administrators and physicians to identify improvement opportunities and delivering training on quality tools and data analysis.
