Performance Operations Coordinator

This role supports the Acquisition Director and team by managing the end-to-end operational workflow for ad content production, ensuring creators are contracted, products shipped, and assets delivered and organised correctly. It is an operational, process-driven position that ensures legal clearance, accurate metadata, and smooth handover of assets to Paid Social for campaign activation. The role suits a highly organised, detail-oriented person who enjoys maintaining structure across fast-moving teams.
