A Performance QA Engineer / Performance Tester ensures applications are stable, scalable, and responsive under expected and peak usage conditions. The role involves planning, designing, executing, and analyzing performance tests across web, mobile, API, and backend systems.

Responsibilities

Design and execute performance, load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests
Identify system bottlenecks and provide recommendations for improvement
Validate application response time, throughput, and resource utilization
Collaborate with developers and DevOps to troubleshoot performance issues
Prepare and share performance test reports with actionable insights
