DecisionPoint seeks a Performance & Resilience Test Engineer to evaluate the scalability, stability, responsiveness, failover behavior, and recovery capabilities of mission-critical software supporting the USMEPCOM ENLIST program. This role develops and executes various performance and resilience tests, creates realistic workload models, and provides evidence-based recommendations to support release readiness and operational resilience. The position collaborates with cross-functional teams including architects, developers, infrastructure teams, and government stakeholders to identify bottlenecks and validate recovery procedures.
