Performance Review & Career Development Lead

The position involves leading vendor evaluations for performance management tools, establishing calibration guidelines, and building transparent career tracks and competency matrices. Additionally, the role focuses on managing the talent pipeline, overseeing internal mobility, and digitizing review outputs into executive dashboards to support strategic decision-making.
