Perfusionist

The Perfusionist operates the Heart Lung machine for bypass procedures, ECLS/ECMO, and Ventricular Assists Devices while providing surgical backup in catheterization labs and hybrid rooms. This role ensures excellent quality health care for patients and families by supporting continuing education, evaluating new equipment, and participating in quality initiatives. The position requires a Bachelor's degree and certification from the American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion.
