Permit Coordinator

Spiniello is seeking an experienced Permit Coordinator to manage the end-to-end permitting process for complex utility and heavy civil construction projects in the DC, Maryland, and Virginia region. This role involves preparing and submitting applications, coordinating with regulatory agencies like DDOT, and developing compliance-driven traffic control plans to ensure project timelines are met. The ideal candidate will support project teams by maintaining relationships with municipal stakeholders and providing regulatory guidance throughout the construction lifecycle.
