Permitting Manager

The Permitting Manager oversees the end-to-end entitlements and permitting process for new La La Land Cafe locations, ensuring efficient plan submittals and timely project openings. This role builds standardized processes, manages jurisdiction relationships, and coordinates with Construction, Architecture, and Engineering teams to support rapid, repeatable growth. The position requires tracking permit statuses, managing fees, and maintaining compliance across multiple states and jurisdictions.
