This role directs and coordinates store operations in the absence of the Store Director or Assistant Store Director to ensure efficient, economical operations and positive customer experiences. The position oversees shift activities, enforces company policies, and supports department managers to help meet the store’s financial and operational goals. Additional duties are assigned as needed to maintain store standards and safety.
