The Personal Banker provides support to the branch team and builds relationships with members to help them achieve their financial goals. The role involves identifying financial needs, offering appropriate solutions such as new accounts and loans, and achieving sales targets while promoting credit union products. The team member works closely with others to ensure policy compliance and delivers excellent member service.
