Personal Care Assistant (PCA) Full-time/with benefits

This role involves providing one-to-one support to a student with various needs, including autism, emotional, behavioral, intellectual, medical, physical, grooming, academic, and organizational challenges, across classroom, special, lunch, and recess settings. The position requires assisting with daily academic and social activities, utilizing crisis prevention techniques, and working as part of a team to ensure the student's individualized educational program is met. Employment is contingent upon the student's IEP requiring personal care services, with additional compensation for toileting assistance.
