Personal Lines CSR

The Personal Lines CSR reports to the Office Manager and is responsible for personal lines production and day-to-day servicing of existing accounts, including renewals, cancellations, endorsements, and claims management. This role focuses on growing the personal lines book of business by qualifying prospects, quoting new business, and binding policies while maintaining high retention standards. The position requires strong proficiency in Applied Systems Epic and Applied Rating Systems to manage client interactions and policy changes efficiently.
