Personal Lines Service Team Manager

SIA Group is seeking an experienced Personal Lines Service Team Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of their service team, ensuring exceptional client experiences and efficient workflows. This hands-on leadership role involves supporting and developing a team of approximately 15 employees while managing complex client needs and strengthening processes in Applied Epic. The manager will collaborate closely with producers, accounting, operations, carriers, and agency leadership to drive success.
