About this role

As a Personal Support Worker (PSW), you will be an integral part of the home and community care team, supporting patients in their homes and community settings. You will assist with activities of daily living, prepare nutritious meals, and provide basic housekeeping tasks and companionship to help patients enjoy a better quality of life. This part-time role requires a valid PSW certificate, a driver's license, and a clear Vulnerable Sector Screen.

Responsibilities

Assist patients with activities of daily living including skin hair and oral care
