About this role
The Personal Support Worker provides resident-centered care in a long-term care home, supporting residents’ daily living needs while upholding dignity, independence and privacy. The role works under the direction and supervision of Registered Nurses to follow care plans, document observations, and ensure continuity and safety of care. This is a casual position with shifts available across all rotations.
