The Personal Trainer role focuses on building relationships within the Butler Community to increase accessibility to physical activity by providing knowledge of safe and enjoyable movement. This position involves assessing, motivating, and teaching clients to improve their physical fitness and well-being through a collaborative, client-centered approach. The trainer works to reinforce healthy habits and guide clients through their fitness journey while ensuring a positive and safe experience.
